Department Action

The Information Technology Department respectfully requests Commissioners Court approval for entering into a license agreement with NCTCOG which will allow Collin County the use of cooperatively purchased, digital aerial photography for mapping, providing to vendors and web publishing.

Requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) for the 2021 biennial digital aerial photography licensing agreement and authorization for County Judge to execute the same. Budgeted funds available in the amount of $50,445 for the Interlocal Agreement with NCTCOG to allow Collin County the use of cooperatively purchased digital photography for mapping, providing to vendors and web publishing. Budget Adjustment attached to move the funding into the appropriate expenditure account. General Fund (0001).

Auditor's Office Action

Funds available in the General Fund. Budget amendment will be processed upon approval.
