Department Action

In December of 2020 the court approved the sale of 3 parcels on FM 1461 (Parcel 15, $170,795; Parcel 17, $54,668; and Parcel 18, $35,108 for a total of $260,571) to The Texas Department of Transportation for the conversion of the two-lane FM 1461 to a four-lane divided thoroughfare (ultimate 6-lane) between Bloomdale and SH 289 (Preston Rd). The funds were received by the County and deposited into Project Code RI03078. This is the project for CR 166 in which we originally bought that land for the CR 166 roadway improvements. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within that project code.

Action Requested: It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $260,571.00 FROM RI03078-4201-00000-0000-00-00-0000-300251 TO RI03078-4201-750300013-809682.
