Consideration and approval to award Contract No. 2019-321 for the County Clerk's Land and Vital Records Management System.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2019-321, Land & Vitals Record Management System, to the best-evaluated response per the attached documentation and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the agreement. This contract will begin upon award and continue for a period of up to five (5) years from date of system go-live with payment schedule as described in Schedule A of the attached agreement. MRM
