Department Action

The plat for the above-mentioned subdivision was approved by court on April 3, 2017. The infrastructure was completed according to current county specifications and inspected by County Engineering and Public Works staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period on February 8, 2019.
The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed any required repairs as requested by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff. If approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached.
The Collin County Engineering and Public Works’ staff recommend approval to accept the roads within The Trails of Blue Ridge phase 2 for county maintenance.
