Request Commissioner’s Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the renewal of RFP 2019-160, Services, Detention Security Controls, Integration and Maintenance to CML Security. Effective from October 21, 2021 through October 20, 2022 (Renewal 2 of 5).

Also requesting an amendment to add “Force Majeure” to the terms of contract (see attached amendment.)
