Department Action

Collin County has purchased Right of Way for transportation projects for Collin County Outer Loop and Frontier Parkway. Sendara Title has issued refunds for overpayment of recording fees on 9 parcels.
CCOL Parcels: 38,44 and Frontier Parkway Parcels: 1, 2,9,10,11,12,18.

The funds, totaling $590.60, were received by the County and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code. The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.
