Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment to the Animal Control Services Agreement with the City of Melissa. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Animal Control Agreement between Collin County and the City of Melissa, AGR 10111-09, for the period October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. sc
