Department Action

We respectfully request Commissioners Court approve the Amendment for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Celina. This amendment provides for an extension of the contract for 1-year period from October 1, 2021 and continuing through and including September 30, 2022. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Amendment No. 15 to the Interlocal Agreement for the Facilities Construction and use of Animal Shelter Services with the City of Celina, AGR 06668-09, to set the rate for FY2022 to be effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same.
