The Information Technology Department respectfully requests Commissioners Court approval for entering into an interlocal agreement with North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 791 so that NCT9-1-1 can operate and maintain the systems utilized for the provision of 9-1-1 emergency communications services.
