Authorize an exemption from competitive bidding for the acquisition of electrical services to repair damage caused by a lightning strike which effects the operation of the county campus and in order to preserve or protect the public health or safety of the county's residents pursuant to 252.022(a)(2) of the Local Government Code and to authorize such purchase by the Purchasing Agent, Administrative Services.
