Request Commissioners Court approval and any action regarding Amendment No. 1 to the Interlocal Agreement with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) where the County will refuse to register or renew the registration of all motor vehicles flagged in the DMV System as having outstanding NTTA tolls and fees and the owner is considered a Habitual Violator (Scofflaw).

The Agreement was approved and signed by the County Judge on June 15, 2017. Amendment No. 1 will amend the payment terms in the Agreement.

Amendment No. 1 is complete and ready for approval by the Commissioners Court and authorization for the Purchasing Agent signature.
