P12 LLC, the owner of Cope 2 Addition, lot 24 is seeking to add an access easement across the lot. The easement is to provide secondary emergency access for the neighboring development, Peninsula 12. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

This plat was reviewed by the Commissioner’s Court on September 8, 2025. The Court did not take action on the plat on that date. This plat is being presented to Commissioner’s Court, and the public hearing scheduled, in order to provide the Court the opportunity to officially act on the plat.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners within the required distance of the lots involved in the Re-plat, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
