The District Clerk is requesting approval from Commissioner's Court for a free trial of JuryQ for 90 days. The value of the free trial to the county is $48,000.00.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of a 90-day pilot program for the JuryQ juror management SaaS solution, offered at no cost to the County. The agreement includes an option to renew for an additional 90 days. The estimated value of the initial 90-day pilot program is $24,000 or $8,000 per month. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the SaaS agreement attached. (ha)
