FYI to Commissioners' Court for Change Order No. 1 to ABM Building Services, LLC for IFB 2018-162, Construction, Upgrade Pneumatic to Electronic Actuators.
PCO 3- Owner requested credit to remove the installation of 16 DOC actuators from the scope of work. These 16, out of 315 actuators bid, could not be located by county staff, so they could be replaced by the contractor. It was determined that the actuators were not installed in original construction. The 16 actuators and panels were taken in to stock by the county so the credit is for labor only. ($14,250.26)
