Department Action

The development is in the City of Princeton’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) therefore the plat was approved by the City on May 9, 2018. The infrastructure was completed according to The City of Princeton’s specifications, which meet and/or exceed the Collin County specifications. The City of Princeton and Collin County staff conducted final inspections. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period on June 13, 2018 and the plat was recorded with the County Clerk on July 18, 2018.
The two year maintenance period is complete and the Collin County Engineering department staff has conducted a final inspection. Public Works has also signed off on the infrastructure.
Once approved, Public Works will include these roads on their maintenance list. The Final Plat is attached to show the sections of roads that are up for maintenance consideration.

We request Commissioners Court consideration of approval to accept the roads within Lavon Estates Phase 1 for county maintenance.
