Department Action

For consideration is an Agreement to Contribute Right of Way Funds (fixed price) with Texas Department of Transportation for FM545 from FM2933 to BS78D; RCSJ 1012-02-040. TxDOT estimates the cost of right-of-way will be $3,264,572.70. The county’s 10% share will be $362,730.30
This project which will require a budget adjustment to establish the project budget, as follows totaling $362,731:

It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve the attached Agreement with TxDOT as local participation for FM1461, and also approve the budget adjustment.

Collin County's 10% participation is $362,730.30.
