Department Action

It is recommended that the Commissioners Court approve the proposed scope and fee for Phase 1 of the Southeast Collin County Mobility Study, authorize the County Judge to execute a contract with Burns and McDonnell for this work and approve a budget adjustment to cover this and additional associated tasks.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of a scope and fee proposal in the amount of $988,314.00, from Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. for Phase I of the Southeast Collin County Mobility Study and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the engineering services agreement. MD

Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. was selected as the most qualified engineer by CO# 2020-077-01-27.

Budgeted funds available for approval of the scope and fee for Phase 1 of the Southeast Collin County Mobility Study in the amount of $988,314. Creation of the project as well as a Budget Adjustment is included in the amount of $1,500,000. 2007 Bond Fund (4213).
