Department Action

This is a renewal that must be done to continue to participate in the 1033 Surplus Property Program. The program will allow the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property at no cost to the County.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' court consideration and any action regarding the authorization for renewal to continue to participate in the 1033 Surplus Property Program and further authorize County Judge to execute same. The program will allow the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property at no cost to the County.KP

Requesting approval to continue to participate in the 1033 Surplus Property Program. Program allows the Sheriff's Office to utilize surplus military property. Collin County will be responsible for maintaining any property obtained.
