I respectfully request Commissioners Court to consider and approve award for RFP 2025-002 Debris Removal (Emergency Work).

A scoring committee comprised of County staff reviewed and scored each of the proposals. The RFP process has now concluded and a recommendation for award has been made. I respectfully request that the Court consider and approve a primary and secondary award per the attached documentation. There will be no cost to the County unless the contractor is activated by the County.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP No. 2025-002, Debris Removal (Emergency Work), per the attached documents and authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the agreements. gz
