5600 Rockhill Homes, LTD, owner and developer of Summerlin Phase 3 requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat.
LOCATION AND SIZE The development is located off along CR 643, just west of CR 547 and south of Farmersville, TX; see location map attached. The subdivision consist of eighty-one (81) residential lots. The lots range from approximately 1.21 to 2.41 acres. The lots do not front on an existing county road; therefore road construction is required.
ROADS, UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The owner has submitted construction plans and final plat for review. The plans show adequate road cross-sections and drainage patterns within the subdivision. On-site sewage facilities are suitable for this subdivision. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Caddo Basin Special Utility District. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision. Road construction, or appropriate financial security, will be required before the plat can be filed.

We request Commissioners Court consideration for the approval of the Summerlin Phase 3 Final Plat.
