The Addition is located at the intersection of CR 622 and CR 668 approximately 4.5 miles south east of Blue Ridge; see location map attached. The Subdivision consists of three (3) residential lots that are 2.010 acres. All lots front on an existing road, therefore road construction is not required. UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The owner has submitted the final plat with contours for review. The plans show adequate drainage patterns within the subdivision. The appropriate Right of Way has been dedicated.
On-site sewage facilities are suitable for this subdivision. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by FROGNOT W.S.C. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision. ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Final Plat for MOSS 622 Addition (Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block A).
