This is a request for approval to apply (Winter Storm) and allow TDEM/FEMA to expedite account set-up in order to assign resources and deliver on recovery needs efficiently.
The Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, is authorized to provide appropriate assistance for required emergency measures. Specifically, FEMA is authorized to provide assistance in Category B: Emergency Work: $91,374.00.
Additional damages/categories were requested and submitted to FEMA to be added and will be taken into consideration to the disaster designation. The following are the categories and amounts:
Category C: Road and Bridges: $2,235,000.00
Category E: Buildings and Equipment: $263,000.00 (estimate)
In order to apply, the following needs to be initiated and signed:
Designation of Subrecipient’s Agent Form (DSA)
Direct Deposit Authorization Form (DDA)
TDEM’s DR-4586 Grant Terms and Conditions
