On February 12, 2024, Commissioners Court deemed LJA the most qualified firm to perform the tasks associated with creating the Term 4 (2024-2028) Collin County Storm Water Program. The attached Scope and Fee outlines the tasks needed to create the new program.
Item 885 outlines the tasks related to creating the new Program. Item 886 describes the tasks needed to be prepared in order to move forward with year one activities. Item 889 describes the task needed to update the County’s Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) which is identified, needing to be updated every five-year term.
The total for the three tasks, including reimbursable expenses, is $99,750.

We recommend Commissioners Court Approval of Scope and Fee for LJA to assist in the preparation of the Term 4 (2024-2028) Collin County Storm Water Program in the amount of $99,750.

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action to award 2024-231 Professional Service, Consultation for the Collin County Storm Water Program Permit Renewal Term 4 to LJA Engineering, Inc., who was approved as the most qualified firm to assist Collin County with consulting this project (Court Order 2024-156-02-12). Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. ED
