Webzuma, Inc., owner of the subject parcel, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat for the Webzuma Addition.
LOCATION AND SIZE
The subdivision is located south of Lowry Crossing at the Northwest corner of FM 546 and FM 3286. See location map attached. This addition consists of one (3) new lots which sizes range from 0.228 to 2.878 acres. The lot fronts on the existing Farm to Market roadways therefore no road construction is required.
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The Addition is maintaining existing drainage patterns and no work will be done to the existing FM roads or ditches. Lot 2A and 3A are suitable for on-site sewage facilities. Lot 1A has been plat noted to not allow septic systems. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Culleoka Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision.
ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the final plat for the Webzuma Addition.
