The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve a change order to the Access Control project. This change order covers installation of two dual sided badge printers for ID badge creation and additional access card stock. The printers will allow both Human Resources and Sheriff’s Professional Services departments to produce access badges using the dual sided templates adopted after the vendor submitted this proposal. The county will purchase the printers separately.
This project, budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09, has project contingency funds available. The total change order is $4,371.00.
