The Collin County Sheriff’s Office respectfully requests Commissioner’ Court approval to apply for a grant request through the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Program (CESF). The grant period is January 20, 2020 to January 20, 2022, with a grant deadline of May 29, 2020. Sheriff’s Office will be requesting $58,006.00 under the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program for equipment and supplies to be utilized to prevent, prepare for and respond to the coronavirus to address the medical needs of inmates and staff in the jail and office.

Grant applicaation to request $58,006 in federal grant funding with no county match required. Funding will be used to help the Sheriff's Office to respond to the COVID-19 disaster. Grant period is from 1/20/2020 -01/20/2022. Grant application has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached.
