I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve Contract Amendment #2 (Contract No. 2019-374) for the ILA providing the City of Josephine fire inspection and fire plan review services through September 30, 2022. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.
Purchasing Department Action
Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement for 2019-374, Fire Inspections and Fire Plan Review with City of Josephine for the period October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 at the same rates established in the original agreement and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. AZ

Amendment No. 2 to the Interlocal Agreement No. 2019-374 between Collin County and the City of Josephine for fire inspections and fire plan review services. City of Josephine to pay Collin County for the services provided on an as needed basis. Agreement period October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
