Information Department Action We request Commissioners' Court award RFQ 2021-296 to the most qualified offeror. After review of the submittals it was determined that they have the qualifications and experience needed to meet the County's requirements. Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFQ 2021-296, Professional Services, General Civil Engineering, to the highest evaluated offeror per the attached documentation. Further, authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the engineering services agreement. MD  HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action Request to award RFQ 2021-296, Professional Services, General Civil Engineering to the highest evaluated offeror.   Funds are budgeted on a as needed basis within projects. Auditor's Office Action Funds available in various funds per attached. Commissioners Court Professional Services, General Civil Engineering (RFQ No. 2021-296), and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the engineering services agreement for same, Engineering.
