Information Department Action The Motor Vehicle Dealer Agreement with the Collin County Tax Assessor Collector and Ewing Buick-Plano, L.P. dba Ewing Buick GMC is complete and ready for approval of the Commissioners Court and authorization for the County Judge's signature. This agreement authorizes the Tax Assessor Collector to appoint Dealer Deputies to perform motor vehicle titling and registration services with an inventory of license plates and registration sticker materials used to provide these services.  There is no cost to the county.  The Tax Assessor Collector will collect all funds and transaction information from the Dealer Deputy and provide same to the state. Discussions are held with the Dealer Deputy before any commitments to have a complete understanding.  We will have a bond and contract with each Dealer Deputy before issuing materials to them.   Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Dealer Deputy Agreement with Ewing Buick-Plano, L.P. dba Ewing Buick GMC to perform motor vehicle titling and registration services and authorize County Judge to execute same. jdg   HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action Motor Vehicle Dealer Agreement between Collin County and Ewing Buick-Plano, L.P. dba Ewing Buick GMC for vehicle titling and registration services.
