Information Department Action Public Works requests Commissioners Court to purchase cellular service that will be partially subsidized by Mr. Chris Cochran at a rate of $15.00 per month.  The cellular service would be activated on the retired iPhone 8 that has been issued to Mr. Cochran. Purchasing Department Action Purchasing processes and procedures will apply. HR and/or IT Action IT recommends to support Public Works automated software systems.  Service plan is $40 a month for the county.  The employee contribution is $15 a month, so the county will only pay $25 monthly.  IT has the budget to cover this additional county amount.   Budget Department Action Funds available to cover the $25 monthly service plan of an existing iPhone 8 for Public Works Representative, Chris Cochran.
