At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with MCCi for Laserfiche document management maintenance and support. The FY23 renewal, budgeted as part of the non-departmental maintenance budget, is $140,526.80.
