The monthly charge for the print materials is $4687.00 for the first year running from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and continuing for an additional two years. The three-year term has a limited 5% increase in monthly charges after each twelve-month period. The negotiated three-year contract will run congruent with the Collin County budget cycle. |
