Department Action
At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Case and Jail Management Maintenance. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is the base agreement for the core system, PCI services, Biometrics and Civil Serve. The FY23 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of this part of the renewal is $640,582.96.
