Aurturo Lequizamo and Marilu Melgar, owners of lot 10, and Gabino L. and Maria I. Zamora, owners of lot 18 within the Evergreen Park development are seeking to subdivide lots 10 and 18. Lot 18 will be subdivided and approximately 5 acres sold to the owners of lot 10. Lot 10 will be reconfigured into two lots, 10A being 5.99 acres and lot 10B being 1.66 acres. The resulting lot 18R will be 6.25 acres. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.
A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and letters were sent out to all landowners within the required distance of the lots involved in the Re-plat, 30 days prior to the public hearing.
