Information Department Action The Collin County Information Technology Department and JP Courts request approval for the Tyler Technologies Defendant Access credit card payment system. This system provides a seamless integration with Odyssey and an online portal for case parties to make case payments online.   Tyler Technologies receives revenue directly from the 5% transaction fees applied to each payment. Upgraded point-of-sale devices are provided and supported by Tyler at no additional cost. Therefore, there is no financial impact to the County budget.   Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 04174-11, Agreement: Credit Cards for Odyssey with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to amend the credit card processing and chargeback fees as detailed in the attached documentation, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. ha HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action Requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 04174-11, Agreement: Credit Cards for Odyssey with Tyler Technologies.
