| Department Action |
The Collin County Information Technology Department and JP Courts request approval for the Tyler Technologies Defendant Access credit card payment system. This system provides a seamless integration with Odyssey and an online portal for case parties to make case payments online. Tyler Technologies receives revenue directly from the 5% transaction fees applied to each payment. Upgraded point-of-sale devices are provided and supported by Tyler at no additional cost. Therefore, there is no financial impact to the County budget. |
