Information Department Action Cope Equities, owner and developer of Providence Point phase 2, requests Commissioners Court consideration of the attached revisions to the Final Plat.   The final plat was approved in Commissioner’s Court on October 19, 2020. The development is under construction and the plat has not yet been filed. The owner would like to remove sections of lots 23 through 29, and will add them to a future development plat that he owns on the parcel adjoining Providence Point phase 2. The acreage to be removed is unusable for septic as there are large easements bisecting the lots.   ACTION We request Commissioners Court consideration for the approval of the updates to the Final Plat of Providence Point phase 2   Purchasing Department Action No action by Purchasing.
