Information Department Action On October 26, 2020, Commissioners Court approved a License Agreement with Mario Sinacola to allow for 2.3 acres of DNT ROW to be used for temporary field offices and material/equipment storage. MSSEI agreed to pay $500 per month throughout the agreement term of 24 months totaling $12,000.    The property conditions have been restored per the License agreement and the 24 month term has ended.   $12,000.00 was received by the County Treasury from Mario Sinacola and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code.  The requested budget adjustment will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the DNT project code.    Action Requested:  It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $12,000.00 FROM 0001-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432001 TO RA03113-0001-750300013-432001   Purchasing Department Action No action by Purchasing.
