Information Department Action The Collin County Information Technology department requests approval of an Amendment to the November 7, 2022 Tyler Defendant Access order form. This Amendment more appropriately identifies department(s) subject to the Defendant Access online transaction fees and provides an avenue for other departments to opt in at a later time, while also more clearly defining which departments are not subject to the transaction fees.   Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 2 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to the Agreement: Credit Cards for Odyssey (contract 04174-11) to (1) identify other departments subject to Defendant Access online transaction fees; (2) provide the option for other County departments to participate in the program at a later time; and (3) authorize Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. (ha) HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action No action by Budget. Auditor's Office Action No action required by Auditor.
