Information Department Action Collin County has acquired land for US 380.  Sendera Title has issued refunds for overpayment of recording fees on two (2) parcels.   The funds totaling $77.60 were received by the County Treasury and deposited into the revenue account for the respective project code.  The requested BA will move the funds from a revenue account to an expenditure account within the project code they were originally paid out of.   Action Requested:  It is requested that Commissioners Court authorize the budget adjustment of moving $77.60 FROM 4215-75030-0013-68-00-0000-432001 TO RI18017-4215-750300013-809683     Purchasing Department Action No action by Purchasing.
