Information Department Action The Information Technology Department respectfully requests Commissioners Court approval for entering into an interlocal agreement with North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 791 so that NCT9-1-1 can operate and maintain the systems utilized for the provision of 9-1-1 emergency communications services.   Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding: (1) approval of an Interlocal Agreement between North Central Texas Emergency Communications District and Collin County for regional 9-1-1 services for the period of October 1, 2023 through and including September 30, 2025; (2) authorization for County Judge to execute the same. (ha) HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action Request for approval of an Interlocal Agreement with North Central Texas Emergency Communications District for regional 9-1-1 Services for the period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025. Revenue to the county up to $50,770 per year. General Fund (0001). Auditor's Office Action Revenues included in the FY2024 Estimates.
