Information Department Action I am requesting Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval of adding the option of cell phone line only, no device, for the connection of the fire alarm system at the Lavon Justice of the Peace building.  The cost for data is $40 a month, totaling $480.00 a year.  It is needed for call out to the monitoring service.     Purchasing Department Action Purchasing policies and procedures apply. HR and/or IT Action Budget Department Action Budgeted funds available for the addition of a cell-phone line only to the Lavon Justice of the Peace Building. Cell-phone line service will be for the connection of the fire alarm monitoring service system. Total annual cost is $480.
