Information Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and approval to award 2025-082 Asset Management and Capital Planning Software System to the best-evaluated vendor per the attached documentation.    Purchasing Department Action Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2025-082, Asset Management and Capital Planning Software System to the best-evaluated response per attached documentation. Furthermore, authorize Purchasing Agent to execute all required documentation. LM HR / IT / Equipment Services Action IT - PMO has been working on this project.  IT has no issues or concerns.  Budget Department Action Funds available for budget amendment in the amount of $200,000 for the award of RFP No. 2025-082 Asset Management and Capital Planning Software System. See attached budget amendment. (4407)-2025 Tax Notes.   Auditor's Office Action Bond Funds available in the Tax Notes Fund (4407). Budget amendment will be processed upon approval. Commissioners Court Asset Management and Capital Planning Software System (RFP No. 2025-082) and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute all associated documents, Facilities.
