Information Department Action I am requesting authorization for the District Clerk's office to host a blood drive with the Carter BloodCare bus in the front parking lot of the Collin County Courthouse on August 21, 2026 between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm for preparation, event, and cleanup.
