		3.		AI-42327 Approved	Interlocal Agreement with the City of Melissa for the design and construction of Fannin Road from SH 121 (Sam Rayburn Freeway) to approximately 2,300 feet south of Melissa Road (Bond Project No. 07-052). County participation NTE $1,500,000, Engineering.
