AI-43354 Approved	No. 2 to the Personal Services Agreement with Jennifer Smith for a Program Manager to oversee and administer the Veterans Court Program to include various changes to the scope of services, increase the annual contract amount to $73,000, extend the contract through and including June 30, 2018 and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, 296th District Court.
