NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

		1.		AI-55062 Approved	No. 1 to Lease Agreement with RDNPLN, LLC d/b/a Frisco Printing & Graphics Center for property located at 8585 John Wesley Drive, Suite 200, Frisco, Texas to extend the lease term for five (5) years beginning January 1, 2024 through and including December 31, 2028, Construction & Projects.

		2.		AI-55183 Approved	No. 1 to Engineering Services, Geotech and Materials Testing for Roads and Buildings (RFQ No. 2023-239) with Terracon Consultants, Inc. to add additional rates to Exhibit C Rate Schedule per Amendment No. 1 Modification to Exhibit C, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Engineering.

		3.		AI-55143 Approved	No. 4 to Professional Services, FM 546 Alignment Study, Environmental Analysis and Preparation of Design Schematic (Contract No. 2019-210) with BGE, Inc. to make various changes to the contract; and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the same; budget adjustment in the amount of $265,741.77 for same, Engineering.

		4.		AI-55122 Approved	No. 5 to Professional Services, Architectural, Adult Detention Center Assessment and Design Services (RFQ. No. 2019-021) with Brinkley Sargent Wiginton Architects, Inc. to reduce the contract by $22,348.71 for a dimensional error on the architectural drawings, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.

		5.		AI-55146 Approved	No. 5 to Collin County Outer Loop Segment 3A Access Road PS&E from FM 2478 to US 75 (Contract No. 2020-049) with BGE, Inc. to add work to the contract, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same; Budget amendment in the amount of $28 for the purchase of easements, Engineering.

		6.		AI-55085 Approved	No. 6 to Access Control and Time Collection Solution (Contract No. 2016-044) with dormakaba Workforce Solutions LLC to extend the software maintenance agreement and hardware warranty through and including April 23, 2025, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Information Technology.

		2.		AI-55190 Approved	Coffee: Services and Supplies (RFP No. 2022-163) with DAIOHS USA, Inc. d/b/a First Choice Coffee Services to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including January 31, 2025, Purchasing.

		3.		AI-55144 Approved	Inmate Telephone System (RFP No. 2017-121) with Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC to extend the contract for one (1) year through and including December 16, 2024, Sheriff.

					The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
