Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

		1.	AI-55110 Approved	Acceptance of the FY2024 Texas Veterans Rehabilitation Substance Abuse Treatment Grant award in the amount of $213,752.31 with an in-kind match in the amount of $71,250.79 through the Texas Veterans Commission, 296th District Court.

		2.	AI-55205	Accept the roads within The Hills of Lone Star Phase 8 for county maintenance, Engineering.

		3.	AI-55208 Approved	Abandon 1,357 feet of CR 168 easement, Public Works.

		4.	AI-55220 Approved	Acceptance of the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative rebate check in the amount of $8,402 to be deposited in the Going the Extra Mile Employee Incentive Program line item, and budget amendment for same, Purchasing.

		5.	AI-55212 Approved	Addition of four (4) cellular phones for investigator positions, Sheriff.

		6.	AI-55213 Approved	90 day free trial of idiCORE Platform skip tracing solution with Interactive Data, LLC, Sheriff.

		7.	AI-55224 Approved	Grant application for the FY2025 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Grant, through the Texas Department of Transportation, Sheriff.

		8.	AI-55228 Approved	Accept the donation of an automated license plate reader from Motorola Solutions, Sheriff.

		9.	AI-55223 Approved	Authorize County Judge to approve overtime compensation for the period of January 1, 2024 through and including June 30, 2024, Human Resources.

				Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

				Any action resulting from the executive session.

				The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
