Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION.  Following is the agenda for said meeting:

b. AI-46215   Approved Grant application for the FY 2020-FY 2021 Infectious Disease Control Unit/Surveillance and Epidemiology Activities (IDCU/SUR) Grant through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
 
c. AI-46192   Approved Grant application for the FY 2020-FY 2021 Regional and Local Services System/Local Public Health Services (RLSS/LPHS) Grant through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
 
d. AI-46214   Approved Inter-Local Application for Tuberculosis Prevention and Control for FY 2020 State Funds through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Health Care.
 
e. AI-46218   Approved Filing of the February 18, 2019, Minutes, County Clerk.
