NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Commissioners Court will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

		1.		AI-56027 Approved	No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement (Contract No. 2024-003) with LifePath Systems to amend section II, add Exhibit C proposal for use of opioid abatement funds, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Budget.

		1.		AI-56032 Approved	Utilization of the Central Jury Room for the American Red Cross to hold a blood drive on June 20, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and further waive fees and insurance requirements, District Clerk.

		2.		AI-56084 Approved	Conduct operations on private property located on County Road 704 to correct drainage issues, Public Works.

		3.		AI-56035 Approved	Deposit proceeds totaling $32,026.78 from the Collin County online auction held May 13, 2024 per Local Government Code 263.156, Purchasing.

		4.		AI-56064 Approved	Creation of a full time Deputy County Administrator position and budget amendment in the amount of $91,027 for same, Human Resources.

		5.		AI-56043 Approved	Personnel Changes, Human Resources.

2.					Executive Session Items:

					Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.

					Any action resulting from the executive session.

					The Commissioners Court reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing Collin County on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Commissioners Court under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.
