NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:

Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:


					HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION BUSINESS:

1.					Consent Agenda Items:

	a.				Amendment(s):

		1.		AI-58856 Approved	Amend Laboratory Services (Contract No. 2021-203) with Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. to continue purchasing services, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Health Care.

		2.		AI-58908 Approved	Amendment No. 3 to the FY2025 Hazards/Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant (Contract No. HHS001439500005) with the Texas Department of State Health Services to make various changes to the contract, Health Care.

	b.				Receive and File, Auditor:

		1.			Compliance Audit (2nd Quarter FY 2025):

			a.	AI-58905 Approved	Health Care.

			b.	AI-58906 Approved	Substance Abuse.

	c.				Filing of the Minute(s), County Clerk:

		1.		AI-58843 Approved	August 25, 2025.

		2.		AI-58873 Approved	September 8, 2025.

		3.		AI-58877	September 15, 2025.

	d.				Miscellaneous:

		1.		AI-58910 Approved	Acceptance of the FY 2025-2026 CPS/MRC-ASPR STTRONG grant award in the amount of $14,089.20 through the Texas Department of State Health Services, Health Care.

		2.		AI-58909 Approved	Grant application for the MRC-ASPR STTRONG grant, through the Texas Department of State Health Services, Health Care.

3.					Executive Session Items:

					Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code, to discuss the following subjects:

					The Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed in this agenda, in the order deemed appropriate, as authorized by Chapter 551, Open Meetings, Texas Government Code, Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.0745, 551.075 and 551.076, or to seek the advice of its attorney and/or other attorneys representing the Board on any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Health Care Advisory Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code or as otherwise may be permitted under chapter 551.

					Any action resulting from the executive session.
